Outdoor Spring Wedding Uplighting and Wedding Drapery

Venue : Oxon Hill Manor – Spring Wedding

A beautiful outdoor spring wedding where we provided DJ service, lighting, pipe and drape, and our magic mirror photobooth. We arrived 3 hours in advance and set up in four different areas of the venue and utilized a team of 4 team members. The ceremony consisted of 1 powered speaker, 1 wireless microphone, a white drape chuppah design, and the ceremony music selections. Next was the cocktail hour which included 1 powered speaker, and cocktail hour music selections. After that was the dinner portion and we provided music selections where we announced the introductions, first dance with our cloud effect, parent dances, toasts, bouquet toss, garter belt removal, & garter toss.

Wedding Stuff

We used pink uplighting to go around the outdoor tent and used a custom made monogram gobo to go on the middle of the dance floor. Then we made the announcement for everyone to come inside the ballroom to finish the night off on the dance floor with sounds from DJHD and for the guests to enjoy the magic mirror photobooth. The photo booth comes with 1 technician, 1 backdrop, unlimited 4×6 prints, fun wedding props, photo signatures, emojis, and an online photo gallery. We also placed a second monogram gobo on the wall to illuminate the bride and grooms name and wedding date along with party lights to turn the ballroom into a true party atmosphere. We used pink uplighting to make the entire ballroom glow to the clients wedding colors and also place pink uplights throughout the rest of the venue. This was another awesome event where we had the pleasure of providing multiple services and we’re grateful to have the opportunity to make our clients wishes come true.
