Martin’s Crosswinds is an Excellent Wedding Venue for Uplighting!

We’ve had the pleasure of doing many events around the DMV and Martin’s Crosswinds is an excellent wedding venue for uplighting.

They have great amenities within the ballrooms that are perfect for up lighting like designed walls, drapes, decorated mirrors, and crystal chandeliers which add to the effect of ambient uplighting. While some wedding venues have dance floors or dance spaces not conducive for lighting, the floors at Martin’s Crosswinds are also good enough to portray a clear image with monogram and gobo lighting.

This was our 2nd event at Martin’s where we provided around 40 gold and purple uplights to cover the entire space of 2 combined ballrooms. We were even amazed at how beautiful the finished work was!

These last 4 photos are from our very first event at Martin’s Crosswinds for a Nigerian Wedding. The purple colors came out excellent and the bride loved how everything turned out. A successful event and we were honored to be a part of it all!

The cost for uplighting depends on how many lights are used, the location, functionality of the lights, and sometimes the day of the week. Each lighting fixture unit ranges between $25-$50 per light. The more lights used at one time, will usually be discounted after a certain amount.
